My MacBook Air was delivered quickly and well packaged for shipping. The computer looks and works like brand new. For my purposes, it’s perfect. It should have been listed as “excellent” instead of “very good”. :)

I had bought this MacBook Air in silver with 256 GB. The computer came with not only the adapter, but with the cord as well. as I continue to unpackage the device I found it came with a black hardshell case already on it and a keyboard protecter. It came in not the fair condition I payed for but at least the good standard if not almost the excellent tier. the ONLY NEGITIVE THING I can say about this computer is that the 5, 6, 7, t, y, and u keys don't really press down right (completely centered at the 6 key), but that maybe something a little cleaning can fix right up. really well packaged, can could again be mistaken as brand-new.

The laptop arrived within 3 days of purchasing! Although I purchased it in excellent condition, upon inspection I did notice a very faint chipping on the back side of the laptop but it wasn't very noticeable to be honest, other than that the laptop appears to be in great condition hopefully it continues to run good throughout time but I'm in love with my new Macbook!

Nearly perfect, the process is easy and delivery was quick. The MacBook would have been perfect but for the packing. The box was too small for the laptop and the large charger. The MacBook received a large dent on the underside which could have been avoided if the box was bigger. There's no paint damage, just the impression of the corner of the charger from its exact position in the box

MacBook shipped quickly and arrived in great condition just as described. I've had it for over a month and have been using it for several hours daily without any issues. It functions like a brand-new computer and I couldn't be more pleased. I've purchased brand new computers from big box retailers in the past that didn't function as well as this unit. I love buying second hand in general for environmental reasons, so am excited to make BackMarket my new go-to for electronics purchases.

While its always too early to review a second hand product - I'll let you know that in a few months, the service and reliability of Back Market (an unknown quantity to us) was excellent.
