    There were deep scratches on the screen. I could be mistaken but I though I had purchased an iPad in excellent condition. Either way, I was under the impression that even in good condition, that there would not be such large scratched to the screen. We’re unhappy that the vendor wasn’t able to replace the item. Do I need to select “excellent” condition to ensure that there won’t be any substantial damage to the screen surface? I am about to order another one. Thank you!

    The customer service from Back Market is “top notch.” I would always recommend this company over attempting to purchase a new item. The only issue with this generation of pencil is it has to be plugged into the iPad to reconnect it every time I start up the iPad. The pencil can charge from the iPad or from the adapter that come with it. More complete instruction on the actual uses for the pencil would help an senior citizen who has to get a grandson to help out most of the time.
