    My iPhone 13 arrived in great condition. It is indistinguishable from new - not a mark, nick or scratch on it. I did spend the extra money to get the "Excellent" quality level, and I was not disappointed! The phone works as new as well, and the battery life shows that it is at 99%, so I would say my phone is essentially new. Going from a Pixel phone to an iPhone is a great step up in usability, ease of operation, and quality. Overall, I am pleased with my Back Market purchase (which was about half of the cost of new).

    This is my second MacBook Pro purchased from BackMarket. I am very happy. I paid for the "good" condition, while it came in mint condition, no complains. A bit more details: I bought a MacBook Pro about a year ago, also in excellent condition. After 10 months, there was an issue with the camera. I sent it for repair using the 1 yr warranty. The company decided to ship a replacement instead, but the camera image was not sharp. I was recommended to return it for the full refund, and it is what I did and bought a newer laptop. Excellent service and handling. Will buy again.

    The device arrived in excellent physical condition, and I was initially very satisfied with its appearance. However, during setup I discovered that a login password had already been configured on the device and was not provided to me. I contacted customer support for assistance. They instructed me to try several common default passwords such as “0000,” “1234,” and “password,” but none of them worked. I was then told to return the device, with no option for a replacement or for the original unit to be reset so the default login credentials could be restored. Additionally, I have not yet received a refund for the amount paid and am still waiting for confirmation on when I can expect it.

    Got it in good condition and I would say it fair there holes in it the screen is a little bent yes I understand it’s refurbished and I got it in good condition but I do not believe I was sent a good MacBook Pro 2020m1 scratch’s all over to I would look at buying from other websites first not happy with the purchase unfortunately and I mean I never leave a review ever but here we are and dins all the way up and down the side ? Don’t understand most of not cared when sending it to me and definitely got a fair one look before you buy or if it’s you get lucky if they send a good one or not
