    I ordered an iPhone 8 of "Gold" quality. The phone received was outwardly very good, with no marks on the glass and only two small scratches and one chip in the plastic of the case. I would consider that the case met or exceeded the quality rating. However, it was necessary for me to return the phone within a couple of days because the FaceTime (user-facing) camera was defective. It would work for 5-20 seconds, then the image would break up and disappear. The return went smoothly, so I would rate the service excellent. The replacement phone was of better physical quality than the original. I am giving the transaction a 4 out of 5 because it was necessary to return the original phone, the but service was excellect.
