    The phone looks new and charged all the way to 100%. So far, the only problem I have is that the volume is not high enough when the phone rings. It starts out high (I have it all the way up), but after one ring goes way down. Since my hearing isn't great, I really wish the volume would remain high all the time - but given the great price and condition of the phone, this is a minor issue. Extremely pleased!!

    The iPhone XS Max I purchased was listed as Very Good at a great price. The volume buttons turned out to be extremely stiff (they wouldn't "click" when pressed), and so I returned the phone. Other than the problem with the volume buttons, however, the phone was basically in Mint condition. I received my refund the same day that the phone arrived at their headquarters. The 30-return policy really does allow you to purchase with little risk.

    So far, so good. The iphone 6 plus was indeed in mint condition, and arrived sooner than promised. Battery seems to drain a little fast, but that may be expected from a used phone. We'll see. I'm still trying to decide if all the friendly cordiality is real, or just programmed into your computers. I guess I'll find out about that if I have need to talk to a real person down the road. However, if all is as it seems, that all internet companies should behave this way.

I expected headphones and booklet, but I understand these were not available. Would have been nice to have the SIM removal tool, but it was easy to work around. Overall a great value for the money.
