    So far so good. Purchased for a friend who needed to attend meetings and appointments via zoom plus needed space to download books for study. She’s not computer savvy, so an iPad is less intimidating. The condition of the iPad was accurate and setup a breeze.

    The Iphone 7plus arrived in perfect condition. Not a scratch or blemish on either the body or the screen. It would be tough to discern the difference between this phone and new. There was a screen protector already applied, so it wasn't necessary for me to add one. I simply inserted my AT&T Sim, and was on my way. Also in the box was new wall plug, and lightning cable. While functional, the lightning cable is not as nice as a genuine Apple cord. The new cord is not as flexible as Apple's. The shipping was excellent. I received my order within a couple of days. I would definitely consider purchasing from this reseller again.

    The camera is better, especially in low light, and I managed a closeup of a bee the other day that turned out very well with my shaky hands; I’m very pleased about these two things. Some problems: the most vexing is that the screen locks almost immediately, though i’ve tried, following directions, to set it for two or three minutes. Very annoying. And I cannot get it to play a song that I’ve downloaded when I set the alarm. Neither of these happened with my iPhone 6. Also, the other day it pocket dialed a friend asking to FaceTime, and neither she nor I had touched it, and of course my phone was locked. I am starting to write down problems; I can’t remember any others right now. I am assuming that refurbishing has something to do with these quirks. Otherwise, the phone is fine. I bought it mostly for the camera, and I am still evaluating that. I appreciate your checking in, thanks.
