    Honestly I was a little skeptical about buying a phone from a refurbished website, but this experience has really change my mind for two reasons. Firstly, the quality of the product was exactly as described and worked extremely well! The phone I got had a 91% battery health which is way more than what I was expecting. ‏ Secondly, even though I was really happy with the phone, I wanted to return it for a different phone for to suit my needs better. I was a little nervous that the returning process was gonna be difficult but it turned out to be the opposite. There was great communication between the buyer and seller it was easy and painless to go about a return which totally strengthens my confidence in this website as a whole. Overall really good experience and will be recommending to friends.

    I could not be happier with the iphone 8 I purchased. It came in mint condition as advertised. it gets a full charge on the battery and all buttons, apps, etc. work perfectly. It truly looks and acts like a brand new iphone. I will gladly recommend this company to my friends and family. The best part IMHO is the warranty. Easier than traveling to an Apple store, although I see they now offer Apple Care phones for purchase for those who live in major cities. This is a great new business.

    I’m honestly blown away at the quality of this phone. I purchased the Good Quality and there’s a few imperfections on the back and that’s it?! Completely covered up by a case, so it looks brand new. I’m not in love with having an iPhone, but that is EXACTLY why I was looking for a refurbished phone to begin with - so I could try iPhone without the ridiculous price tag. When I’m ready to make the switch back to android, I will be back to Back Market!

    My Gold-grade iPhone 7 arrived looking like a new phone minus the packaging. The seller even included a lightning charging cable and USB-plug to go along with it. I've been using it for half a month and I'm more than satisfied with the quality. It is still a refurbished phone however, as sometimes I notice glitches in the touch screen. It's minor enough that I don't feel the need to report or resend my phone to the seller. Overall, very happy.
