    The Phone was described as being very lightly used.... It was like new. Really, it was as if we purchased a new phone. The only thing we noticed was that the battery will last not quite as long as a new phone, but 2 days is pretty darn good. I will definitely be back... you rock!

    I'm really loving this iPad! I got the 10.5-inch iPad Pro for $375, which is pretty crazy low price for any iPad Pro. It arrived super fast! Packaged decently, came charged, no issues with setup or software. 100% functional! A little more detail on the esthetic condition, though, if anyone is reading through reviews and is concerned about that: I got this iPad in the "Fair" condition, which I knew could have some scruffs and scrapes on the exterior and "small scratches [on the screen] that are invisible when the device is on." So I was honestly a bit shocked and disappointed by the level of scratching on the screen when my device arrived. There's a set of short but pretty deep scratches across the lower half of the iPad, a few of which are definitely visible when the device is on. They're not too visually distracting, but they do bump the Apple Pencil when it goes over them, which is a pretty big issue if you're using the iPad mostly for drawing and note-taking, as I am. For the first two weeks, I was strongly considering returning the device and waiting for another 10.5-inch iPad Pro in "Good" condition or better to show up for under $400, but I'm thinking that's not going to happen, so I've decided to keep it and live with the scratches. Luckily a good screen protector prevents the bumping issue!

    The quality of the phone is 100 percent perfect! Customer service was great. When I received the phone it didn’t come with earphones just an off brand charger. The time it took for the phone get to me was fair. Considering I was so excited to receive it, I was hoping for it to come so much faster. Overall my experience at back market was wonderful and I definitely recommend it.

    I don't usually write a review after receiving my purchase but this one is worth of buying. I was not sure at first because the website didn't send me a confirmation email after they charged their payment so I was devastated thinking it was a scam. But the day after that day they sent me a confirmation email and I received my phone after 8 days ( I paid for faster shipping but something was wrong with my address so I had to change it and stuff ). I was truly amazed it was like a brand new phone with a screen protector no wear and tear condition. And battery health was over 80%. I am very satisfied with my purchase.     Before ordering this size I should have checked out and held an actual phone. It is quite large and not as handy as the smaller phones, although I love the screen size. The phone volume is poor unless it is on speaker. Overall, I'm glad to have found Back Market. Thank you.
