    I ordered this phone for my son. I've always purchased new but it's really not cost effective, especially with teenagers who seem to go through phones much faster than I do. I'm also always looking for ways to shop more sustainably. After reading countless reviews, I decided backmarket was the best choice and I was not disappointed. The phone came quickly and exactly as described. It's in great condition and my teen is happy because the battery life is fa superior to the phone we replaced. I planning on purchasing from backmarket again for Christmas gifts and have also referred a friend who is planning on buying her daughter a new phone. Backmarket has absolutely gained a new customer in me!

    Well, I say meh and yeah, there is more. I lost my Xs and needed a phone fast. BackMarket came through. I've had the "new" iPhone X for a little tiny bit over a year and as we near the iOs 17 release date I knew I was gonna replace it. In the meantime, this iPhone X has not aged well at all. It really is crapping out on me and ordering a new refurb became necessary. Past experience dictated that purchasing an extended warranty was probably the right thing to do. Long story even longer, I will likely continue to but refurbished devices and hopefully my "new" iPhone 12 Pro will last until the 15 Ultra is available. Be like Clemenza―get a refurb, take the Protection Plan. Don't get stuck with meh.
