    I am very impressed with the Google pixel I bought from Back Market. The Google pixel 32 GB was the first cell phone I ever owned. Being slippery, I have gone through a number of them, but I still cannot find another phone with a better camera than this older phone. So I always keep a Google Pixel even if I don't use it as a phone, nothing can compare to the camera it has. I had just broken my last one and wasn't sure I would be able to find this phone again. I wasn't sure what I would get because this phone was refurbished, but I didn't think I had a choice. This phone actually has a better camera than the pixel I just broke. Well done, Back Market.

    Setup was so easy, was able to transfer from my old S9 to this with no issues. Love the camera because I use it for YouTube videos. This is fast and didn't cost a fortune like a new one would cost. Was able to get a new case put on it. Lookin good.

    So far so good. The only thing that had me worried was when I turned on the phone it displayed xfinity. I was confused because I bought an unlocked phone but after some research I saw that unlocked phones can still have previous service providers installed on phones...or something of that nature. As long as it works...

    The tablet was great, perfect condition, and works well, but I decided that I need a bigger screen, so I returned it, a completely hassle=free process. I will be buying something else soon from Backmarket. Prevously I bought am iPad Pro from Backmarket, it;s also great. You cannot go wrong buying from these folks.

    For a device marked as "fair", I was surprised by just how well it was refurbished. The Pixel 3 looked almost new to me, even though it's an ancient model by today's standards. What's Google on? The Pixel 10 now? I bought this with the hopes of saving money rather than paying Google close to a thousand dollars every few years for a new phone. It worked but the Android version on this has been EOL'ed some time ago, which means the apps that I needed working stopped working. So, I had to return the phone, which was an easy process. You do concede the QA check fee when you return a phone. The battery of course has been replaced after all these years. Overall, I am impressed by how well the product was packaged and cleaned up.

    I am very happy with my Galaxy S20. Only thing that is hard for me to get used to is that it shows up being a AT&T phone and it is not operating with AT&T any longer as I have inserted my own sim card from my other phone. I am not sure if that can be removed or not. Physical condition is great and it seems to be working fine for me after a short time from my purchase.
