Unfortunately, the first phone I received had some issues (it kept turning off almost every time I folded it, the battery wasn't lasting, and it was getting kind of hot). I ended up sending it back to the repair person, who sent me a replacement device within a week (this was around the winter holidays, so I suspect they're probably faster normally). I'm really happy with my new phone - it looks great, is functioning very well, and best of all does not seem to be having any of the same issues the original one did. I really like all of the little features that this phone has, especially the reminders tab on the side (for someone who struggles to remember random little tasks, it's a gamechanger!). Overall, I would certainly order another phone from BackMarket again, and I'm encouraging my friends and family to as well so as to contribute less to electronic waste.

I love this tablet. I bought it so I could comfortably browse the internet while potato-ing on the sofa. It came with a stylus which is awesome. It arrived in near perfect condition with no scratches or knicks. The sound quality is great. The camera not so much, but I don't take many photos with my tablet anyway. It operates smoothly. I haven't tried connecting a keyboard or mouse to it, so I'm not sure how or if that works. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. :)

They have better prices than Amazon with phones. They have a much better selection. And they literally specialize in these kind of devices. Amazon gives you a 90 day warranty. Backmarket gives you a full year at no extra cost. That right there is amazing! The shipping was fast - and the delivery just as fast. I traded in my S22 for an S22+ - and Backmarket was so friendly and courteous. Their customer service is highly personalized and of the highest that I have experienced. They made the return process easy. I definitely recommend shopping at Backmarket for your phones, etc. Just an awesome experience!

I was a little unsure of going the refurbished route, but the phone arrived on time and apparently in great working condition. Screen was great and battery condition appears near new. There were a few more scratches on the casing than I expected given the excellent quality rating so I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly with an offer of a partial refund or to accept return of the item. I decided to keep it given that I still have the 1 year warranty in case something unexpected crops up. Great customer service. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

The apple watch arrived dead but that wasn’t a problem since I just charged it back up. I was very happy to see the battery at 100% capacity! Everything is working well so far. Only one thing is one of the band is loose so it wouldn’t lock into the watch but that wasn’t a problem since I just bought a new band. Keep up the good work!

Phone was received in very good condition. We were expecting more slight imperfections with it having a "good" rating, but there were almost none. Battery is holding charge well, screen is in great shape, wireless charging works, cable charging works, cameras work great,..no issues at all. With phones holding their values much longer these days, a two year old model is still very expensive. My wife and I will be buying newer, refurbished phones from Backmarket from now on...for less money.

I didn't know what to expect, but I'm quite pleased with my galaxy buds plus. There were no problems pairing the buds+ to my phone and connecting to the app to customize the EQ, sound balance, and ambient noise. The case did need charging which is understandable. The sound quality was just how I expected from the reviews I watched of these earphones which was clear and the right amount of bass for me--it's also great at sound cancellation. It came with different sized ear nibs which was a plus because my ears are smaller so it was nice to have a variety to choose from. The buds, case, and nibs were all clean and neatly placed in the package. Really happy with the product and for the price, it's excellent. It also came a day earlier than expected, so yay~

Exceeded my expectations in several ways. The iPhone 12 mini arrived in 99%+ mint condition with battery taking 100% charge. Arrived 3 days earlier than projected. Included a brand new Amazon brand charger even though it wasn't 'sposed to come with a charger. Included a brand new high quality Anker brand charging cable. One very small complaint...The phone was well secured and well protected in the shipping box but there was an unnerving rattling sound coming from inside the package when I carried it in from my mailbox. To my relief it was the charger in a separate compartment with no padding. It was fine, both cosmetically and functionally.

The phone arrived quickly and in mint condition. I think that this phone is about three years old, but it did not show any signs of wear and tear. Before, I had been using a cheap Blu phone in which the charging jack severely damaged. Not only was it slow, but it was a hazard to use while navigating the streets and doing ride-share work (which I do everyday). This phone is much better. It's fast, it has a big screen, and it has lots of bells and whistles like a more-advanced (at least for being three years old) camera, having 6 gigabytes of ram, etc.. Before purchasing here, I had looked and compared prices on sites like amazon and facebook marketplace. Amazon is decent, but there prices were all jacked up way high. As for facebook marketplace, that's the kind of place I go to for something I expect to be a little damaged and perhaps repair myself (like portable gaming consoles, and music hardware). I didn't want to take that risk with a phone, so I read a few dozen reviews on the backmarket site and other review aggregate sites - including the few and far between bad ones, because I know how biased and fake some review boards are out there. Anyways, the phone works great. I think that I was able to get the best combination of a quick, reliable phone with a good price. There might be a possibility of getting a cheaper version of this phone out there, but not in perfect condition. Perhaps if you're really lucky and meet a very desperate person. The phone also arrived before Christmas, so I was able to swap out, copy most of my apps, and get back on the road on the day it arrived. I will do business with them again when the time comes, which I hope is a long ways away, because I'm not the type of person who likes to buy things new and pay ridiculously high prices on hardware that will become obsolete indefinitely.
