Purchased a refurbished watch from Amazon as a gift for my husband. I was embarrassed and had to send it back because of its condition (scratches, chipped paint etc). Rec'd this watch from Back Market and it was flawless. Just ordered another one for my birthday. :) Thanks for your attention to detail.

Great price for a great phone. A small scratch on the back is the only way you can tell its not a brand new phone. If you are skeptical about refurbished like I was, don't be. Even if something did go wrong there's a guarantee. I have bought two of these and both are great!I have not had a single issue. I will always buy refurbished from now on.

The phone was in mint condition with 100% battery capacity. I worked with Verizon techs to transfer my service to the new phone and Apple techs to move my data and setup moved from 6s to the 11. I am very pleased with the iPhone 8 plus I purchased for my son! It arrived as advertised on schedule before Christmas, looked better than expected, and connected to our carrier and works perfectly. all that came at an extremely low price!

I am so extremely happy with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. It is so light and fast. The larger screen makes it so much easier for reading and pictures are nicer. so glad I changed and so happy now. The service with Back Market was fast and everything was so easy. Will definitely use them again.

Bought it in excellent conditions and it does not disappoint. Not a scratch in tact and battery life at 100%. I am very satisfied with the product and highly recommend to purchase refurbished goods for a good price!

I'm happy that I bought this wireless charger,, I hold nothing against Back Market for selling refurbished electronics, I think that is amazing!! It's just that I think Samsung could have done a better job creating the design because sometimes I lay my phone on the panel to charge it and I have to reorganize the way that my phone was layed on the panel. I'm not quite sure how long it takes to supercharge a device but, it takes about 2 hours to charge my Samsung Note 20 with the battery nearly fully depleted
