Fast shipping came in 2 days, 5-6 1/2" micro hairline scratches, plastic back some scratches and bruises (Fair)condition.Camera, cpu good,sound could be louder--blue tooth too, general info transfered, OS and security patches up to date, battery need touch up at evening /night a little, got a charger and USB C wire! Good deal at 87.15% off $653.25 new price,this is 3rd phone bought at Backmarket, definitely buy in future. Been telling friends/co workers about Backmarket refurbished phones.

I SAY IF YOU ARE SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS APP DONT BE! I’ve bought an Apple Watch from here, My iPhone 14 plus and a pair of AirPods and I am very satisfied! Both items came with a little bit of scratches but you have to look really hard to notice them.. don’t forget these are refurbished items and they are at a GREAT price! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Got my order in today. It looked great on arrival, upon inspection the phones hinge was a bit “used” but that’s just normal for a refurbished phone. For an excellent phone, I was expecting the sides to have minimal scratches/wear but it did have a few more to my liking. That’s fine though you get what you pay for. I did notice though, the phone for being in excellent condition is very much way more used than a typical excellent “like new” phone I would buy. I do love the ZFLIP though, so im gonna use it as my daily driver and see what happens! And if anything I know the limited warranty has my back.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 12 from Back Market, and so far I am pleased with it. The phone was a good bargain compared with newer models and works very well. The phone came in near-new condition, with no visible scrapes or scratches. The only challenges were that when I received it, it had been programmed in Italian, so it was a little tough to get to the right menus for setup. (And I made some errors in up setting it up due to not following the setup directions closely enough, but that is not Back Market's fault!). I got a fair price for trading in my old iPhone 8 Plus. Overall, a great experience.

The phone was in mint condition with 100% battery capacity. I worked with Verizon techs to transfer my service to the new phone and Apple techs to move my data and setup moved from 6s to the 11. I'm happy that I bought this wireless charger,, I hold nothing against Back Market for selling refurbished electronics, I think that is amazing!! It's just that I think Samsung could have done a better job creating the design because sometimes I lay my phone on the panel to charge it and I have to reorganize the way that my phone was layed on the panel. I'm not quite sure how long it takes to supercharge a device but, it takes about 2 hours to charge my Samsung Note 20 with the battery nearly fully depleted

Purchased a refurbished watch from Amazon as a gift for my husband. I was embarrassed and had to send it back because of its condition (scratches, chipped paint etc). Even though the iPhone X I received had a "Maximum Battery Capacity" of 84% I would have to say the phone looked great. I ordered the phone in "Excellent" condition and that is exactly the way I received it. Unfortunately though the iPhone I received had a past due bill associated with it which I don't blame Back Market for. Back Market has been there for me on both of my transactions and help me along the way. I won't hesitate to place another order with them as soon as I find something I like.

I am very pleased with the iPhone 8 plus I purchased for my son! It arrived as advertised on schedule before Christmas, looked better than expected, and connected to our carrier and works perfectly. all that came at an extremely low price!
