    This is my 2nd Refurbished S10E. I can honestly say there is a difference in quality from this one I bought from Backmarket and Amazon, with this one being the better of the two. The battery life lasts much longer. If someone is on the fence about buying a refurb from backmarket I'm hear to tell you to buy it. I've had a positive experience and I plan to buy any phone I need from Backmarket. The grade was "Good" and it's literally flawless! Thank you to the people who refurbished the phone and also to Backmarket. I'm so glad we know each other now. :)

    I bought this phone almost two years ago now and it has been incredibly reliable and efficient. The only issue after all this time is difficulty is recently with the charging port and the occasional shutting down out of nowhere. Would most definitely recommend backmarket and this phone.

    Phone looked great. No problems when using it on wifi. Just had to return it because it wouldn't connect to sim. Which isn't something that can be tested when refurbishing since even dealers have to pay for service and sim cards. So that's why I'm rating 4 stars. But will definitely order another phone in the future.

    I don't tend to replace my phone often. I buy one and use it till it's on its last legs. So when my Galaxy s8 started constantly resetting on its own I knew it was time. I've tried out a few different Samsung phones in the past and having had the best, in terms of software, life, and avaliable troubleshooting answers with the Galaxy, that's what I wanted. Doing the research and seeing as the s20 Ultra in comparison to the latest Galaxy phone (at the time of this review), the s23, weren't so groundbreaking to warrant the extra cost, I was happy to choose the slightly older flagship phone. I've had it for a little while now and have been very happy with it. It runs all my apps and games at excellent speeds, looks clear as a bell, and has so much memory I can hardly wait to fill it all up! A few things to keep in mind for anyone looking to upgrade or switch. This looks to be the last Galaxy phone that will accept a sd card. And while it has waaay more memory than my last phone, I like knowing I can add a bit more if needed. Also, and this came as a shock to me, there is no headphone jack. I didn't realize they had been getting rid of them in phones since I had my old one for so long and didn't think of it no being around anymore. So anyone else who likes their music on the go, be sure to upgrade to a Bluetooth headset if you haven't already. Oh! If you like a secure/sturdy phone case like I do, be sure to get a moldable/flexible screen protector instead of the more rigid one with a hole for the biometric lock. I had the worst time getting it to try to stay flat and gave up on the biometric with it. Got a new one that smooths over the screen and I have no more issues. If you're worried, don't be! Seriously! Buying my "new" phone from here was the best decision. I plan to come back when I save up so I can replace my gaming laptop soon!

    This phone is lovely! It was listed as excellent and certainly lived up to that. Not a scratch that I can see, beautiful screen, and a fairly good battery life. Came within a week and had a functional charger. I would recommend buying from here!

    I was stuck in an unfortunate situation, my phone broke and I'm a broke college student who can't afford to buy a brand new phone. A friend of mine recommended Back Market, and I'm so happy she did! I love by phone, it works great and it's a lot cheaper than if I bought it brand new!

    People were giving a bad rap online about some of the products but you must read the description very carefully I saw others complaining about not receiving chargers with your mobile device -but it depends on the condition of the device you choose so if you choose "good" then there's a chance you will get the device without certain components such as charger or headphones-i chose "excellent condition with top shelf" quality and got the device in wonderful condition and my charge everything works perfectly fine just like brand new! Thank you again!

    Hello again, I tried really hard to not have to come back here with a negative experience, but before I get into the details, maybe it can be explained to me what should ideally work well with these refurbished phones, and what we can expect not to be in tip top shape, I'd rather know up front, so that I won't waste your time and my time addressing the experience I'm having with areas of the phone that are unresponsive to touch. Or perhaps I can be sent a link that will answer my question.
