Seller said phone is unlocked, but it is a actually locked to the Verizon and Verizon customer support told me this phone was stolen from someone.     When I got my tablet, a corner of the screen was coming off before I even started using it. It won't last me a month before it craps out on me; I've had phones do this. I will be contacting you guys about fixing it or getting me a different one or a refund. I like this site; I got a nice laptop from here, but this is kind of ridiculous.

    The battery dies really fast. In about 10-20 minutes of use the phone becomes extremely hot and unbearable to hold. There’s more scratches on the screen that expected I don’t mind too much but still not was expected

    I ordered a phone on 2/6 that had 3 day shipping. On 2/9, Backmarket labeled it "delivered". It wasn't. FedEx said it had "arrived" at their closest location. I live in a remote area and packages can usually take a few extra days, so I wasn't bugged yet. On 2/13, I finally contacted Backmarket. I filled out the certificate they told me I had to fill out BEFORE they would even start looking for the package, and sent it in. On 2/14, I sent a message to FedEx about the package. I also received a response from BM that a typed signature wasn't good enough for them to start looking for my package. On 2/15 I resigned the paper with an electronic pen and resent it with a request for a refund rather than replacement. I included a response I had received from FedEx saying they had lost my package. No response. I messaged them on both 2/17 and 2/18. Finally, on 2/19, they messaged me saying they had checked the FedEx tracking link and it should be there that day. I already knew, of course, because FedEx had already let me know. I didn't even get an email for return postage, even though I filled out the certificate in full. I now have to wait for that. I am very happy with the phone I received from eBay, better condition, better price, and will NEVER order or recommend Backmarket.
