    Sound is great. I wanted to really see how they performed before writing this review. Ear cushions are comfortable and headphones can withstand rain and sweat well. My only complaint is that the metal black clamps that keep the material on the metal part- come off early and get caught in your hair. I have put tape over them, but it’s not doing well.

    This is the WORST experience I have had on Back Market. I purchased a pair of Bose Soundsport headphones that were listed in very good condition for $112 dollars. Additionally, I purchased the $15.99 protection warranty. AVOID THE SELLER FILLCART INC!!! After using these headphones gently several times, one of the earbuds cracked wide open with its electronic guts spilling out. Not only would the seller stand by the lemon they sold me, Back Market shared in this swindle by offering me a paltry $10 toward repairing it; a sum guaranteed to help little when the repair will probably cost half of the device. Back Market's complicity in this transaction and their feeble attempts to pacify me have strengthened my resolve to shop elsewhere going forward. It is a good thing, too, for I was on the verge of upgrading my One Plus 8 Pro phone.
