Quality and appearance are great but controlling it is not apparent. I cannot turn it off and perhaps because I am ignorant. I will get a book or if you have just minimum instruction you can email me that would be great. I cannot control one of the headphones. If I cannot get that figured out I will return. Product criticism is that the clamping is too tight. Literally gives me a headache after 30 minutes. Is there an adjusting feature or do I need a smaller head Please advise

I bought these on 9/9/22. Almost had them a full year now. My overall feeling on these head phones is pretty mild. They do what I need them to do and the Audio Quality is pretty good for the price. I really like the features on this thing. built in microphone, Bluetooth, noise canceling, and the ability to turn on the ambient sound so you can hear yourself! They also came with a semi stiff fabric case with just the Apple Proprietary Charging wire (no brick) Some of the cons: Since beats is owned by Apple, you have to use apples proprietary charging cable. Thankfully Backmarket sent a wire with the headphones because I don't own any apple product. Battery life isn't the best. You will most likely need to plug it in halfway through the day if you plan to use them all day. Microphone is just fine but could be better. I wouldn't use it for my nightly Uno video game sessions with the Bois and would recommend something with an external mic if you're looking for a solid gaming headset. On-Ear Cups.
