    My daughter loves this laptop! It’s convenient for her because it can be either a laptop or a tablet depending on what she needs and when she found the built in stylus/pen that it comes with she was ecstatic. It’s like everything she needs in one device. Plus upon set up it walked her through what preloaded apps she wanted to have installed which she loved. This was a great deal and it looks and performs like it’s brand new. This site is amazing and I appreciate the quick and knowledgeable feedback and support I’ve received in the past.

    The laptop works. The 45 watt charger it came with does not work so well. It looks like the charger wire has a loose connection because the laptop charge light turns on and off. The charger is USBC, so this is not a problem. The laptop can charge with any USBC phone charger. Remember, phone chargers are not all the same. Phone chargers with lower voltage will charge the laptop slower, and phone chargers with higher voltage will charge the laptop faster.

    ChromeBook arrived on time, with the usual no-muss Back market shipping. It was in excellent condition, as advertised, with battery health at just under 87%...not too shabby, for a refurb. The HP Chromebook Pro C640 was, as Chromebooks go, a beast. i7 processor, waaaay overbuilt, and a failure new because it was overpriced and overly feature rich for the ChromeOs crowd. Used? It's a serious, serious bargain.

    Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this refurb. I've had bad luck with refurbs purchased elsewhere in the past but everything I've tested on this unit works fine and it looks brand new. the only way you could tell it's a refurb is somebody dropped a couple of food crumbs in the keyboard. Easily fixed. 😅 I would definitely do business here again. Thank you!

    I ordered the refurbished Lenovo 100E Chromebook 2nd gen Ast from Firestar. It was listed in fair condition, shipped quickly and was in better than fair condition in my opinion. Problem was, the keyboard didn't work. I called Cliff from Beta Macs - the company known on backmarket as Firestar, and he was sO cool, he refunded me in moments. And rather than send me a return label, he told me to just keep it, no questions asked. And suggested I buy an external keyboard - which I did next day @ five below. Awesome service from both backmarket with refund posted in 2 days and Beta Macs for stellar and prompt service by Cliff, a real ace and helluva nice guy.

    Well, to start with, the choices online were great, and I picked the items that are important to me, then the shipping was very quick, and the Laptop arrived in great shape, well protected. I bought this for my wife, and setting it up was very easy and intuitive, and in no time at all, she was up and running. The only issue is that she does not like the touchpad, so I bought her a mouse and a docking station, so she now has even more options on connectivity and she is enjoying her new Chromebook every day. Great prices too.
