    I purchased the iPhone 8 Plus unlocked in the color silver, in very good condition. I am very pleased with the phone I received, it looks great, and I can't see any scratches or dents in the phone. The camera works great, and the iPhone display is crystal clear. The only complaint I have is the way the phone was shipped, the packaging was very poor. When I received the box it was partially opened, and hardly any bubble wrap to prevent cracks, but luckily there were none. I'm not sure if that's the fault of the seller or the delivery service but all in all Back Market was a great place to purchase a refurbished phone.

    Received the phone on time and it was everything that my wife expected. The glass back case and screen are beautiful, no scratches or scuffs. I was able to download everything easily and without a hitch. Everything including the Qi wireless charging works great and she is happy to be without the charging cords now. Will purchase again from BackMarket.

    Phone started developing issues with the screen a month or two after purchase. Communicated multiple times with the seller, seller replaced the screen multiple times, each time telling me I needed to not drop the phone, abuse the phone, etc. (phone had a screen protector applied and an Otter Box installed immediately after each receipt). After the 1 year warranty ran out I took it to a local phone repair place (because the issue came back, again) and they were able to pretty immediately diagnose it as a bad board. Took it to another shop who said the same thing. Seller is either incapable of correctly diagnosing equipment, or incorrectly fixed it multiple times because it was cheaper than fixing it properly or replacing it. Extended periods of inconvenience not having a phone, wasted money on multiple screen protectors (had to be removed each time I sent it in). Currently sitting as a worthless piece of e-Waste in a drawer.

    Arrived looking like it wasn’t wiped off with the least amount of effort before sending but you can tell the screen is brand new. There was some plasticlike lining coming out on a corner where the screen meets the body, perhaps screen didn’t get unwrapped completely before installing. Other than those couple of things, it came as described. The phone itself operates perfectly fine but for some reason, safari freezes when pulling up the keyboard for text entry (same link on chrome, it works normally), but I think I know others with the XR with that issue so it’s more likely just an apple issue. Thank you and I look forward to doing more business with you.

    Quality of the phone is decent, one of the speakers doesn't work which is disappointing. My daughter (14) bought this, had it activated with our cell carrier, bought a new SIM card to then find out about the speaker. She didn't want to wait for an exchange and then pay again to activate & purchase another SIM card. Description of purchase was "very good" so she didn't expect a speaker to not work. Delivery was fair, nothing BackMarket could do different, USPS isn't great so if you're needing your purchase immediately, pay for expedited mail. We've bought items prior with no issue so this time caught us off guard a little.. We'll use BackMarket again.. :)

    I have no other way to report to you (BackMarket) that information about my recent phone purchase from you was available to scammers, who called me to scam me by saying my Amazon account had been hacked to purchase the phone. Are you insecure? The seller tells me it's your platform so you're the ones responsible.

    The phone arrived on time and although i paid for a "very good" one to avoid too many scratches I saw a few on the screen and some by the side but over all it looks neat.     The phone had a lot of scratches on the Bezel (edge) for a very good condition that I had ordered. The screen and the back were like new. I contacted the seller and they sent me a return label. They had let me know that they would replace the phone but instead they never did it and just refund me without any communication.
