    Delivery was a nightmare. I’ve purchased two other items from BackMarket and have had no problems. This time a signature was needed and I had no idea. So this caused UPS to leave a note saying it was taken to their UPS STORE went to pick up and wasn’t there. So had to wait the weekend to find it.

    The device arrived in excellent condition, but the customer service experience was very disappointing. I had purchased two iPhone 13 devices and needed to return one. It took five days and far too many emails just to receive a partial refund. Customer service initially insisted that I had to return both items and claimed that issuing a partial refund wasn’t possible. Only after I asked them to show where this was stated in the return policy and requested escalation to a manager did they finally agree to process the partial refund. This was my first time ordering from Back Market after a friend recommended it, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant.
