5/5My iPhone 13 arrived in great condition. It is indistinguishable from new - not a mark, nick or scratch on it. I did spend the extra money to get the "Excellent" quality level, and I was not disappointed! The phone works as new as well, and the battery life shows that it is at 99%, so I would say my phone is essentially new. Going from a Pixel phone to an iPhone is a great step up in usability, ease of operation, and quality. Overall, I am pleased with my Back Market purchase (which was about half of the cost of new).

5/5I'm very happy with my iphone 13 purchase. The phone was in exceptional condition and I paid for good condition! I could not find anything wrong with the device. It charged to 100% and lasted for three days(after tweaking it to conserve power)! I will purchase from Back Market again!

4/5Back Market experience was great but the product was not very good. It was supposed to be an excellent phone. The speakers were blown out and there was some cosmetic defects you would not expect on an excellent condition. Had to send it back and find another option because I only had an option for a refund.
