I got the iPhone 13, upgrading from the 11 and I really don’t regret it. However, the shipping took a lot longer than it was supposed to. Which wasn’t the sellers fault or Back Markets fault, FedEx just isn’t the best. Anyways, I got the phone in “Excellent” condition, which basically means brand new. It had 2 scratches on it when it came (maybe more) one of them were very noticeable, but it didn’t bother me. However, there was a weird imprint on the screen, it didn’t affect the screen itself at all, but it looked like it had been damaged when you titled it a certain way to the light. There was no scratches or damage to the body of the phone. It came with 95% battery health which I’m a little disappointed with because Ive always bought my refurbished phones off Amazon and they’ve always come with 100% battery health. But you cant complain much considering the price. I would say it’s worth it.

My iPhone 13 (256GB, Starlight, unlocked) is in impeccible condition! It's battery health is at 100%. Techmint (the refurbisher for my device) shipped it well and quickly (ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, coming from Austin to the DFW area where I live). Techmint included a lightning cable, a usb charging brick, and the pin to remove the SIM card drawer. Techmint did not disappoint in the least and I highly recommend this refurbisher if you can purchase from them. I have experience purchasing from Backmarket and have bought various devices including iPads, a laptop, an Apple watch and two iPhones from Backmarket. So far, I have not been disappointed.

Got my phone a day early which was a nice surprise. The phone is in excellent condition and includes the cable and block (something that apple doesn’t do anymore). Cant tell it was refurbished cept for the slight scratches on the corner but no one can see it with the case on. Very satisfied!

Just received my order. I tried to transfer service to the new iPhone I ordered, but it seems that it's carrier locked (I ordered unlocked). Looks like it's impossible to reach Loop Mobile (the refurbisher) to rectify. According to the BackMarket website, I need to send it in for repair or refund. There was no customer service information for Loop Mobile (or any info at all, for that matter) provided with my order. Now I need to send this back? Not happy at all. Guess I'll get a refund and shop some where it's not so difficult to get service.

Not a single crack or scratch on the phone. The onyl way I could tell it was refurbished was because the speakers and charging port had some lint, that I easily cleaned out. LOVE THE PHONE, IT WORKS ABSOLUTELY AMA

Let me say I heard about this site from someone on IG looking at reels. The post was not about this site but about an office make over and the site was share b/c the individual purchased an IMac. I said all of to say I had to some research to do before I went on the site to purchase the phone. My researched checked out so I went for it. I usually don’t purchase items from unknown sources but it was time for me to leave my Samsung and I didn’t want to pay full price for another phone. Long story short. I ordered the iPhone 13 excellent condition. The shipping was on it’s scheduled time and the phone arrived flawlessly. Best purchase I have made in a long time considering what I paid for. The only slight con that I can think is the Apple software notified me that a none Apple camera was installed. Which make sense if the camera was replaced since the parts have to be aftermarket b/c phone manufacturers do not sale their parts. A week later I purchased an Apple Watch Series 6 same thing. Love it love it. All my Apple products will come from this site, I will never pay full price for another Apple product.
