    Despite being labeled as Fair, the laptop came in great shape, and set-up and moving into it was easy. I would have appreciated the option to stick with Windows 10 despite it being obsolete, but that is a personal thing.

    Laptop works perfectly and is just what I need for college work. Only complaint I really have with the device being the cleanliness. On arrival when I first cleaned it there was a noticable amount of dirt on the rag I had used. Not only that, there also seems to be a large amount of hair / dust inside of the laptop as well. Other than that the laptop itself works great.

    Purchased a like new 5410. When the laptop arrived the left shift key did not work everything else was functional. I returned the laptop and requested a replacement, roughly 10 days later the replacement laptop showed up. This time with a sticky or broken zero key. I understand that this is a seller issue and not a backmarket issue, however based on this chain of events it’s going to be impossible to bring my business here or to recommend this site to anyone. I’m highly disappointed that this did not work out and will need to find a new site to get the laptop from. I have requested a full refund and will be taking my business elsewhere.
