The computer is very good and has a good operating system. The only issue is that it takes a long time to recognize the charger, and sometimes I have to wait up to 10 minutes after plugging it in for it to start charging. In some cases, I have to unplug and plug it back in until it finally recognizes the connector and starts charging the laptop.

Incredibly disappointed in back market with the computer that was shipped. I bought a Dell computer in excellent condition, and it arrived incredibly damaged, the sides chipped like I’ve never seen before, and black stickers that were semi peeled off from the top of the screen. This website is really hit or miss. I’ve gotten excellent computers in great quality, and I’ve gotten computers (2) that I’ve bought as ‘excellent’ with severe internal issues. This Dell computer is the last time I’ll buy from them, as I needed it before a big move out of country and they have proven themselves unreliable.

The condition was definitely not “excellent” the keyboard was filthy and there’s scratches and scuffs everywhere in the laptop. For the small amount of money I saved I will definitely not order anything on here again. Also the shipping kept getting pushed back and took almost three times longer to get to me than advertised. And the screen has dead spots in it. Beyond frustrating experience to put it mildly. I can’t even imagine what a not “excellent” condition device would arrive looking like and performance wise.
