    I'll give my feedback on this in two main areas: 1) order process satisfaction and 2) product satisfaction. Order satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the order experience. It was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the order was simple, pricing/fees were straightforward, and communication was good. My order shipped promptly and arrived ~2 days ahead of the tracking number estimate. Product satisfaction: I am highly satisfied with the products I received. I ordered 3 refurbished Dell Latitude 5580 laptops. I received all three, they were carefully packaged, clean, and undamaged. All three included the laptops and the charger. I bought them to run them as inexpensive, high performance Chromebooks using ChromeOS Flex, and all three worked perfectly when I installed the OS. I have them set up with Google Family Link to provide a safe way for my children to use the Internet. The hardware is in excellent shape with the sole exception of the touchpads having some visible wear (normal on refurbished devices, so I don't detract points for this). 10/10, would buy again.

    It works perfectly for my wife and what she needed to do with it, which is just basic word processing stuff and surfing the Internet. She’s more familiar with Mac. But I told her if she wants a Mac and she could get it herself and that she needs to learn how to use windows. All in all it’s a great little PC. It came in great condition and works perfectly.

    Worked great for a few days then it wouldn't connect to Wifi but would through Ethernet. It took me a couple of hours to fix it myself. It seems some adapter got installed incorrectly when refurbishing - maybe? I hope no other issues come up.

    The device arrived and it was in amazing condition for a 2020 laptop! It was like it just had come out of the box! Setup was a breeze and the machine is running flawlessly! Would recommend Back Market and Regadget for all computing needs at a fraction of the price.

    it updated to windows 11 without having to enable secure boot with was cool . a tiny scratch on the screen but it's almost rather repair it than buy another one. you guys always Come through. 😊 thanks

    Arrived in excellent condition, securely packaged. Everything is working as expected. Pretty good performance so far and the battery is decent. I previously purchased a laptop that had some issues and Back Market made the return process very easy. I returned the previous one and purchased this Dell 5520 and I'm very satisfied with what I ended up with.

    the recent order arrived promptly and in good condition , however it was a Latitude 5590 i5-8250U @ 1.6 GHz , not the Latitude 5590 i5-8350U @ 1.7 GHz listed , it did have a FHD display so that's not a deal breaker i was looking for identical laptops to give to my nephews , its always nice to get what you expect the Regadget folks are not perfect , but they are pretty good
