    Amazing service! I purchased a "Good" phone and there's no way to convince me it's not Mint or New. Not a single mark on it anywhere and works great. The battery might be slightly degraded but that is to be expected based on age alone. I'll be a customer on all future phone purchases!

    This was my first time purchasing a refurbished iPad or buying anything from Back Market in general. I was a bit hesitant about buying a used iPad and was worried about the condition it would come in. However, despite my worries, I was not disappointed once it had arrived. This iPad shipped fairly quickly and got here on time. After unpacking it, I was met with exactly what I had ordered and it came in pristine condition despite choosing the "fair" option. The package came with the iPad and a 3-foot lightning cable but no power adapter. There were no dents, scratches, cracks, or scuffs, and the iPad pretty much looked brand new. I had a bit of a scare trying to turn it on for the first time but I soon realized that it arrived with zero percent battery so I had to charge it beforehand. After booting it up, everything was smooth and running perfectly. I highly recommend this site for any of your electronic needs and overall, I had a fantastic experience ordering from here.
