    In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

    The phone had no scratches greatest phone out there but if you do buy phone off this app don’t expect to have your battery at 100% capacity but why expect that from a refurbished phone but 5 stars love it and no issues

    The good, the bad and the great. My Iphone 12 Pro Max arrived, and it looked beautiful. I couldn't wait to set it up. As I was going through the set-up process, I ran into a problem, the Face ID would not work. I tried everything to get the feature to work and after a couple of days I gave up and contacted BackMarket. They responded quickly and professionally. They worked with the sellar and I was directed to return the phone and I could either get a replacement or refund. Based on the level of customer service I received it was a no brainer for me to get a replacement. I quickly received the new phone and it too looks good as new and works great. It feels like the entire process took about a week. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and decision to use BackMarket!

    Delivery of my iPhone 12 pro max was great! The cover and phone arrived the same day, but the phone could not be left without a signature. That was awesome! I have had both for about a week and so far, everything is remarkable. The one concern I have is that the max battery capacity is 86 percent. I expected a bit more since I requested the highest quality phone. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would use Back Market again. I like the idea of refurbishing items as opposed to trashing them and buying new.
