Just having a hard time learning to navigate the Samsung vs my old Motorola. navigation is rather cumbersome and time consuming.     I like the S20 Ultra. Moreso because of it's extra capacity ( up to a terabyte) and the functions. This phone does amazingly well. I can not say much about the battery until that issue gets resolved. But, besides that. The phone runs very well with it's Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 2.84 GHZ 8 core processor. I am seeing decent numbers (clock speed) for a four year old phone. Very nice with that 120hz screen at 60. android 13 is fine. I am not too sure about support for the next level Android Version. However, I will go back to what I said earlier, "1TB expansion." The rest of the S series to 24 don't have an expansion. For me this phone is perfect for what I am seeking. Besides, there are plenty of features and a decent camera. The camera, for me, is not the focus. For some, yes. furthermore I like the size. It's a bit thin, so hold tight or it will slip through your fingers. The phone also works well. Snappy sensors, sleek design, no difficulty with apps or any of the key functions. Which is why this phone has been named my favorite. I can go on for days talking about the reliability. I will point out: the videos are clear, photos are sharp, sound is decent for a phone, the mic works well, and there are lots of resources to help you achieve almost anything you may want to work on or create. It goes on and on. a must to try.

    Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. Everything was easy and I feel like I got a good deal. Only opportunity for improvement was in the grading of the phone. I spent extra to get the "Excellent" grade and the screen should be in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there is a clearly visible scratch on the screen. I'd say this should have been sold as "good". Still, not bad enough to warrant returning etc. and I am really enjoying the phone despite the minor imperfection.

    well, let's first start with the delivery time. It was way quicker than the estimation, That's a big plus for me. my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, I ordered an excellent condition phone, but it has a crack on one of the Camara lenses. camara seems to be working fine, but for me excellent conditions mean no cracks acording to the description, but overall, I didn't expect much but still was surprise at how everything was running smoothly and the overall condition of the phone. I definitely recommend this. If you are on a budget for a phone and have a really old one like I used to have, to get one. going from a Note 9 to this is a really big difference in performance, hahaha

    It came looking brand new. However: 1) The battery drains extremely quickly so I have to keep it plugged in from about 1 pm. 2) The camera is not as sharp as it should be. I bought it to replace the same phone I had before, and the pictures from this one are lighter. I checked if there's a plastic I haven't removed but there isn't, so I guess that's how the camera on this one works. I'm not returning it because I dropped it and it got a crack so I certainly don't expect them to replace it. For the price I paid (around $130) I would probably do it again, but this time I'm aware that buying a refurbished phone is not exactly like buying a new .
