    I charged my phone once it arrived. The phone came with a charging cable (no brick). Condition is wonderful, and I saw no cosmetic problems at all upon receiving it. The phone is sturdy and I love that it uses a fingerprint scanner for signing in to apps (fully optional feature if that isn't your thing). Battery lasts all day for me (this is all dependent on how often you use your phone and your app usage etc., of course). 10/10, love the phone and will order from BackMarket again when the need arises.

    Great upgrade from my old phone. Arrived in excellent condition. If not for the lack of Samsung packaging, you wouldn't know it wasn't brand new. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. *Update after 1 month. Disappointed. After only 1 month, I'm experiencing severe battery drop off. Th phone seems to be fine when charged to 85% until it hits 60%. Within hours of reaching 60% it drops to 11-14%. I assumed when getting a refurbished phone, the first thing replaced would be a new battery. Buyer beware.
