I'm delighted with this refurbished Pixel, and happy to have saved some serious dough on the purchase! I have only bought new phones in the past, but my daughter recommended this source, and I will definitely consider using Backmarket again in future!

Phone well protected for shipping & arrived when promised. Ordered a 'Fair' 7a, and phone came with only some minor smudges on the rear from the previous owner's case. Otherwise perfect, like new with a healthy battery. Very happy customer here.

Phone arrived with a label specifying that it was a Verizon phone despite invoice reading UNLOCKED. This caused some confusion when the phone struggled to register with my carrier for unknown reasons but eventually it began to work. The very bottom of the screen doesn't register touches but i don't know if that's a problem with the screen or the specific model of phone.

Bought the phone Pixel 7a in fair condition because my budget was limited. Thought the phone would arrive with scratches but was already getting a case. Well, the phone arrived well packaged and scratch-free with a wall charger and cable. And with a year of warranty. Definitely the best deal out there and I have since recommended Back Market to friends and family.

I waited more than a month after receiving my Google Pixel 7a before writing this review. I live the trial period Backmarket gives to get comfortable with the new phone and really use it to see if any problems arise. So far so good, I don't know what the issues, if any, were before the purchase but everything seems to be working as it should it should. I get an occasional glitch with certain apps but I think those are app issues. I did my homework on this phone and for the condition Backmarket beat every other sites price point. It arrived just as described and Backmarket was sent clear instructions on setup right out of the box and have been good about checking in to make sure everything is working well. This is actually the 3rd phone I've purchased from them, I also bought one apple for my daughter and one for her boyfriend and a couple years ago and both of those still work great too. I think this is a company that truly cares about doing their part to recycle and while delivering a great service and customer service. I won't ever ever by a brand new phone again because of that. Keep doing what y'all are doing. It's win win for everyone!! Thanks for letting me respond....

phone had sticker on bacjk -- apparently a "demo" unit at a store? delivered without a SIM tray, Needed to carve up the tray on the Pixel 2a spoiling it fas a trade-in.. With carved-up Pixel 2a SIM tray, phone happily transferred files and became operational.
