    The laptop physically is fine, there were several issues with improperly installed drivers, out of the box I was not able to connect to Ethernet or WiFi….. which is a massive issue. I am a hobby guy with computers so I knew how to fix the issue. However, I would seriously ask these people to take a second look before they ship out a laptop to someone less tech savvy

    Although the Chromebook I purchased only has one (possibly) two years of updates left it was still worth it! It is a functioning machine that my 4th grader can use for school and streaming (when I let him). Some sites seem to hide or misrepresent the year that Chromebook updates will end. While Back Market did not make that year obvious, they clearly did not misrepresent the computer model or try to hide it's manufacturing date. I appreciated that.

    Device was listed as excellent condition when it arrived it was far from excellent condition, oticable visible scratches, keyboard was crusty with debris, screen had bad screen burn and ideally never should have shipped to a customer, back market took care of me after talking with a live agent but still a major inconvenience that the vendor tried passing that off as an excellent condition product.
