    The iPhone 12 mini 128GB looks as good as new, I cannot tell that it was refurbished. I those "excellent condition" and indeed this one was. Battery is at 86%, price was good, iPhone arrived fairly quickly and a day earlier than promised. Happy customer, will buy from BackMarket again.

    I was a little nervous at first buying a refurbished phone but once I read everyone’s reviews i felt better with my decision. I am so happy with the price and quality of this purchase. I purchased the green iPhone 12 in the “excellent condition” choice for my sons 11th bday, and the phone arrived looking brand new and had 99% battery life. I literally could not find one little mark on this phone. My son is so happy! He’s been using it for about 2 weeks and no problems!     This phone came in great shape internally with a really good battery capacity of 86% for being an old phone. The exterior was in the “good” category so it of course has some scratches but overall still pretty clean. I have purchased three devices (2 phones and a laptop) from back market and each time was a fantastic purchase. I hope to continue buying devices from back market in the future!

    Like new, very nice. Using as a backup to my other 11-Pro but this one is a 512 vs my older Back Market 11-Pro 256. I don’t want a 12 or newer. Used Affirm again, seamless. Only issue was battery at 75% or so (lifespan) level…went to Apple store today & got new battery. I’m very pleased.

    Very Nice Phone. Looks new no scuffs or scratches. Had to clean the charging port had some debris in it and the phone would not charge or be recognized by my pc when plugged in. Worked fine after a quick cleaning and no issues since. Phone charges fully and holds charge. Would buy from Back Market again.
