    Ordered an excellent condition phone, received a Fair condition phone, scratches all over the screen, 2/3rds of it.... didn't even bother to turn it on, I didn't pay extra for the Excellent condition phone for a Fair condition one.     Love my IPhone 12Mini. It took my Verizon guy a long time to get all the transfers done from my old phone. It shouldn’t have as my phone was pretty cleared out of junk. I was there over 2 hours, and it still was not done. When it finally did do all the transfers, it was great. I do wish the phone had a battery life greater than 82%. It was labeled as”excellent “condition so I expected a little more excellent. Other than that, I love this phone. It’s smaller so size is easy to handle and fits better in pockets and bags. Scratches were minimal. Phone looks great. 30 days are not up, but I don’t think I will have any issues with this phone. It was a good purchase.
