    Very Happy with my purchase! I upgraded from an iphone 7 which I was using for two years. Battery life is 89%, which is even better than I expected! There was a few little nicks and scratches on the sides and back of the phone but its what I expected so they dont bother me at all. It also came a day earlier than expected! 10/10 would buy again :3

    The phone I got was (good) condition, and it really was! Great price for an iPhone 12. There’s 1 very minor scratch on the screen, but I think it gives it character. The battery life was at 79%, but according to my research, it’s not the end of the world. The phone sips the battery very slowly, so battery life has not been an issue for me. I just take care of my battery by not overcharging and things like that. Overall I am very happy with Back Market for their quality checks! Thanks :)

    Was sent the incorrect iPhone model. Visually, the SE2 and SE3 are identical, but it's easy enough to look up a model number, so either the seller was incompetent or disingenuous when sending the older model when the newer model was purchased. Waste of time for everyone involved.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Paid for overnight shipping the seller didn’t ship it out until 2 days Later. And didn’t receive the Package until the next week. But I Let it Go The Bck Order support Team was very helpful. BUT THEN I received My Package Today and was very Excited. I Powered it on and it was on 1 Percent.. I said Hmmm usually when i Buy a Phone it comes More charged. So i Put it on the charger. It charged for a few seconds and kept stopping. I thought it was Maybe the charger so i Plugged My other Phone onto The same charger and no Problems🤨. THEN i went in the settings to Get My Imei number so i can Get the Phone activated and noticed That the phone only has 128 Gbs.. I PAID FOR A PHONE WITH 256 GBS. I now have a Phone with a Messed up charging port and Less Gbs Than i Paid for…Im now deleting this app Because of this seller. They dont Even deserve the 1 star i Left Them
