    Just bought this phone and immediately ran into problems with the camera, which would not focus at all in 1x or anything above .5x. I called Apple Support and they ran diagnostics and told me that my battery was completely degraded and needed to be replaced before we could begin to troubleshoot anything else. This device arrived on Thursday and today is Saturday. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this purchase from Back Market.

    This phones looks similar too and the battery doesn't last half a day of the same use of the phone I sent in as a trade in; however, you have tried to down grade my trade in phone from the same rating! I will be sending in my purchased phone just as soon as I receive my previous phone. Very poor service and untrust worthy company.

    It is a mistake to order from Back Market. "Excellent' condition is not as advertised. Just pay the extra $400 w/ Verizon and get the real thing. I ordered a phone in "Excellent" condition. When I first received it, I was getting an "Unknown part" message related to the screen. The battery life doesn't last a full day. I am unable to set up Face ID. There were small chips around the edges of the phone, and it seemed like the screen wasn't fully attached. Getting these issues fixed would require me wiping the data from my phone and sending it back for a refund, which for the past few weeks would be a massive inconvenience as I didn't have a replacement device readily available. I got my hands on a backup device, and I finally decided to go through with sending it back. I started to take my phone out of the case and the back glass on the phone shattered. I was simply taking it out of the case with my bare hands. I never dropped it. I assume the shattering was related to the poor condition the phone was in originally. Now I'm really not sure what to do. I filed an insurance claim, but I don't simply want the back glass fixed, I'd like a new device that meets my original expectations. This one was not up to standards. I'm filing this review because Back Market doesn't have anything but the automated "Get Help" system that I could find. If someone from Back Market would get back to me with resolution I'm fine removing this comment, but for now I'm in a worse position than I was originally purchasing the phone from you all.

    Ordered and paid for an iPhone listed as “excellent” (per the site, there were supposed to be no scratches on the screen). The phone had significant scratches clearly visible under a poorly installed screen protector. Only powered it on to take the required photos needed for the return form. A waste of my time and money since I had to drive to the UPS store (and I am still waiting for the “quality” fee to be refunded). Very disappointed!
