I got a fair condition iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and man, this this is like excellent condition! It arrived with the screen and back glass scratch-free!! Only minor scuffs on the sides which is nothing, right!??! This was the lowest prices comparing it to other platforms like Plug or even eBay. I’ve always bought my phone refurbished and on eBay but I have back market a try and they definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Purchased 2 phones (good condition) for my wife and I. Both phones were in advertised condition. My phone had the screen replaced during refurbishing, and the notification from iOS software was super annoying, but it did go away after a week or two as noted on the back market web site. Battery life seems to be getting better. It felt like the aftermarket screen replacement notification was draining the battery, but now I go 24 to 48 hours between charges. Overall it is a great phone for the price. I cannot image paying full price for a new phone again.

I was skeptical about Amazon renewed. Bought it off here due to the great reviews. Couldn't be any happier with my new iPhone 13 Pro. I upgraded from the iPhone 11 and can't even tell you any scratches or anything wrong with the phone, besides the fact that it was 87% perfect but I bought it at "good," so it was reasonable for the price.

right side pentalobe screw is damaged . there is also a bit of plastic sticking out of it that i cant seem to set free . phone seems a bit sluggish as well and that is being said coming from a long busted iphone 11. cant complain that much i guess since the battery health is at 100% and other than the hard plastic bit scratching my finger when i use the phone, its near indistinguishable from a brand new iphone 13 pro . really really annoyed about that plastic as it bugs me & is indicative of laziness with whatever repairs were done to the phone combined with the damaged screw . it may seem like a nitpick but if i could easily remove the plastic bit, i would not be complaining about it . but try as i might, i can not remove it, and it bugs me . and i can not remove the screw to remove the plastic because its stripped , i even have the special silly screwdriver . its a used phone and i completely understand that so really great phone and i am otherwise pleased

Ordered the “Good” condition iPhone 13 pro, but it came as it was excellent & looks brand new with a 84% battery health. (no scratches or anything seen). Came exactly within 2 days so the shipping is fast. Definitely would recommend and shop on backmarket again.
