I had a problem (not used to Samsung) and thought the device was wrong, backmarket was RIGHT THERE immediately, patiently and offered a refund... Later I found out I was wrong not the device. The customer service is TOP tier. I have not sent in my trade yet but plan on it to even the cost out. I believe I'll be a life long customer if things continue this way
