    I ordered a new phone in “excellent” condition and when I opened it there were two distinct areas on the screen of small scratch marks. The description of the screen of a phone in “excellent” condition is “perfect,” and this is far from it. Upon further learning ok at my order it says “very good” for the condition and that the body of the phone might have light scratches invisible from 20cm+. With the phone on the counter my eyes are ~55cm and still see these scratched areas. The phone appears to have been packaged well and it doesn’t seem like this was done in transit as it was in a bubble wrap pocket. I’ll be in touch with customer care for more information on how to handle this.

    I ordered a Very Good condition and the item does not meet the description. The screen has visible scratches and the body has scratches that are visible from 46” away. Based on the condition statement, I’d expect this from a Fair item, not Good and certainly not Very Good. Battery capacity is at 91%.

    Hello! I would like to share with you my great disappointement. I just received my iPhone which I ordered in the "excellent" category. According to your description chart, it should barely sold as "good". I have spotted five zones with scratches visible from more than 8 inches of distance, and all around the two cameras, it is seriously unsightly. Should I wanted a phone in this shape I would have pay 40$ to 70$ less in the "good" category. I have pictures at your disposal if you want. I bought an iPad on Backmarket a month ago and it was perfect. But here, there is an issue that may request your attention. Sincerely, François

They are not noticeable when using it so I decided to just keep it instead of returning it because I needed to have a working phone as mine had crapped out 2 days before recieving this one.
