    I’ve ordered from Back Market twice before, and my first experience was great. I purchased an iPhone 6s in “excellent condition,” and it arrived in perfect condition with no issues. This time, I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max in “premium” condition, which is supposed to be the best available option. Unfortunately, this phone has been a huge disappointment. Despite paying more for the top-tier condition, the phone overheats to the point of being uncomfortably hot in my hands and doesn’t charge fully. It only charges to 80%. When I reached out for assistance, I was told I could only return it for a refund, with no option for an exchange. That means I would be without a phone for another week. I’ve always spoken highly of this website, but I’m now incredibly disappointed by this experience.

    Pretty happy with my purchase over all. Only downside is when I paid for excellent condition I expected excellent. Mine came with a couple dings on the phone, but screen and back were good. I also paid for overnight shipping and didn’t receive it for 3 days.

    Specs advertised for product ordered apparently weren't accurate. Shouldn't need a nanosimcard to use the Wi-Fi function, yet tech support at Back Market suggested I did. Rather than argue, I returned the product. Unreliable information and wasted time mean I won't be going back for anything again. However, their product return service worked flawlessly.
