    I’ve been trying to reach out through Backmarket and to the seller but I got sold a faulty and I don’t want a refund but a replacement for my inconvenience. I received my IPhone 12 mini April 29th and I didn’t not program it until May 3rd, on May 5th only two days later my phone stopped turning on even though I updated the software prior to transferring my iCloud information over. Between May 3rd and May 5th the phone kept randomly rebooting even when the battery was charged. I’ve been trying to reach out for the past week and I’m mot getting help so now I’m out of my money and a phone when I really needed this new phone. It’s not even about the money it’s the principle and if this is how you sell your products to your consumers this will be the last time I order from backmarket let alone this seller

    This phone shows 100% battery health yet the battery lasts as long as my 65% health battery phone. I think the battery health is spoofed. in addition the bottom left corner does not feel glued down. Apparently I have to return this phone and buy a new one as there is no exchange policy, which is a giant hassle as I need this phone to transfer to the new one, so I suppose I need to buy yet another phone before I return this one and have no idea if the next one will also be spoofed.

    Do not buy from this vendor - they sell faulty products. Screen went out on the phone almost immediately. I would personally just buy from amazon if I was getting something refurbished, they're much more consistent.

    Battery dropped under the 90% I paid for within a week or so. Customer service was responsive, but I was still unable to find out if sellers had anything with a battery health over a certain number other than the minimum. Returning the phone took forever to take photos, delete everything, find a box, take more pictures, and send it back. Fingers crossed the replacement--if there is one--will come quickly and work as expected. I work from home, so it's a pretty big inconvenience to move back to a phone I replaced because it wasn't working well. Also, it's worth noting that while the website says you can return things to USPS, UPS, etc. the shipping label is specifically for UPS. My one stop turned into two because of this misleading information.
