    Bought as in excellent condition. Came with a cracked back screen and dents on all surfaces. The screen is replaced and sticks out at the bottom (my fingers can feel it compared to the sides and the top). The customer support is friendly but delayed, unreasonable and inflexible with their solutions. I regret making the purchase, will be returning the item and will never buy anything from Back Market again and won't recommend this marketplace to anyone, compared with eBay, Walmart, and Amazon.

    This one star review is based on the condition of the phone when it arrived vs. the condition it claimed to have on Back Market. “Excellent” should mean what it says it means. Out of the box, I could immediately see dings on the phone all along the edges and multiple scratches and blemishes on the back. It may have passed as “good” but I’m not paying extra for a better condition and receive worse. I tried Back Market after I had just purchased the same phone from Amazon (which was way cheaper) but the camera was producing spots in the pictures due to dust or water under the lens. I ended up buying a new phone because I was very disappointed with companies trying to upsell on false promises. This was my first Back Market experience and it might be my last.

    According to the Backmarket guidelines an "Excellent" rating should have no scratches on the screen. This device came with a scratch deep enough to detect with a finger. At first, I thought it was a crack it is that deep. I would return the item, but it was for my son's birthday tomorrow. Unfortunately, this seller does not do device swaps. Will not buy from this seller again.

    Overall the appearance of the phone is in great shape. My only issue is the phone doesn’t hold a good charge. When it’s fully charged the battery dies rather quickly. Other than that I am happy with my purchase and would purchase again!
