    Ive bought several of these an had no problem. the only problem with this one was that the charger cord that was sent didnt work with the phone. so we just used and old cord we had. but so far everything else is fine. the condition was good.

    I chose an Excellent quality device because the description of that status sounded like it would have some small cosmetic dings but be a fully functioning device in great condition. The phone I received is performing worse than my several-years-old old iPhoneSE in terms of battery life, though it says its 100% health, needs to be charged multiple times during the day for an average of less than 5 hours of screen use. There is also something wrong with the screen and it sometimes zooms around opening apps, typing numbers, or zooming in and out of images when nothing is touching the screen. It will continue to do that until I turn the screen off and reopen it. Overall, I'm feeling frustrated because I paid more to try to avoid these exact kinds of problems with a refurbished device, and it's just not anywhere close to something I would say is in Excellent condition. I would probably call it more like Fair - has some problems but if you're willing to put up with them, it's a functioning phone. I am trying to work with Customer Service to see what can be resolved, but all of the reservations I had about buying a refurbished device were confirmed by this experience and I'm not sure I would take the gamble again. It stinks for those of us who prefer a small iPhone that's the only option.

    Have camera issues in which it struggles to focus even after troubleshooting to the point of vibrating those parts. As it was a replacement for my previous device I can’t go without it long enough to return it to get a full refund and have no option for a partial refund. Will not be buying from again, have not had this issue with other refurbishes
