    The MacBook Pro I ordered arrived in near perfect condition. There were only tiny nicks in the screen that were only visible when looking at extremely close up. Not noticeable in the slightest at all at a normal viewing distance. Very happy with this experience! This was just what I needed. My only feedback is for BackMarket, it would be great if you would allow the sellers to mark specifically what any nicks, scratches, dents are in their grading scale.

    The condition of the iMac was incredible. However, upon set up, I had difficulty. I couldn't continue with the set up (for some reason) after connecting to the internet. The message indicated that I couldn't continue set up unless I contacted some organization and that I will be restricted from using apps/ monitoring. (Not exactly sure if it was me, or what) Well, I got nervous, Wiped the system and performed an Internet Recovery. Now it is up and running. I have had my eye on an iMac for sometime. Couldn't beat the price, condition or early delivery. I have purchased every apple product I own on backmarket. And often recommend it to others. This was the only experience I had that threw me for a loop. But I am certain I will be a returning customer.

    This device was sold in excellent condition, with little to no visible signs of wear (light micro-scratches). The edges of the lid are dinged up and much of the finish on the edges have been scraped away from damage/rubbing. The laptop is functional, but cosmetically speaking it is not what was promised to me.
