Ordered a MacBook Pro M1 Max (excellent) from loop mobile: Laptop arrived on time and in good condition. The packaging was excellent. There are minor imperfections on the screen that are barely noticeable and a small scuff near one of the usbc ports. I was sent a better model than was ordered (ordered 32gb of ram, received 64gb) and runs nearly perfectly. The issues I have encountered: - cheap, non-genuine Apple charging block and cord (currently being replaced) - outdated macOS version which resulted in numerous oddities such as, the display refusing to work after sign in, constant usbc charger disconnections (96 watt genuine apple block and cable). An outdated OS is to be expected and the issues were largely resolved with an OS upgrade. - (maybe) non-genuine apple battery (performs well; 99 cycles recorded, 96% total charge remaining; marked as maybe because “coconut battery” is unable to report the manufacturer) - laptop was wiped down but not cleaned. Had gunk on/in between the keys on the keyboard and a smudged screen - the laptop arrived with a completely dead battery. Very excited about my new MacBook Pro. Arrived quickly and in a nice padded box and in very good condition. I can't give this a higher rating because the charger it came with does not work well. You have a good customer communication loop. Job well done. In regard to my first experience, the computer was $150 under market price so it was a good deal but I was worried never having ordered from you. Shipped in good packaging. The computer was dirty, but after a good cleaning it looks quite good. The charger sent with the computer was MagSafe 2 instead of Magspafe 3, so it is a waste of money and resources, because it won’t work for the computer or any computer that isn’t years old. So, I lost my $150 savings by having to buy a new MagSafe 3 charger from Apple. In that case, the model of computer I was looking at before choosing the one on Back Market had a much newer battery, so for the same total amount of money I could have bought a better condition computer. But all in all it wasn’t a bad experience simply not as good as my first option. Honestly it does make me think twice about purchasing from Back Market again. You should be well aware that you are sending the wrong chargers with the computers because it’s mentioned many times in your comments. So far, so good! The laptop arrived safely even without it's original box & was well-packaged, tucked inside an air-cushion. I was surprised by the amount of empty space in the box (the protected laptop could still slide around) but that didn't damage it any. I purchased the "Excellent" tier & the screen arrived dirty (some liquid splotches) & the entire machine was kinda dusty, but nothing a little TLC and compressed air couldn't take care of. An M1 Max with less than 30 power cycles & with AppleCare+ thru 12/2025? It must have been originally purchased in 12/2022 shortly before the release of the M2 Max. Ordered at fair condition, one visible thin scratch like thin hair at bottom of chassis, does not affect use and machine otherwise looks like new. Edits large after effect projects without problem and does not get hot at all, even when charging. HOLY GUACAMOLE!!! This thing looks like it is brand spanking new!! What a GREAT deal!! Battery health is 100% and only 2 cycles! I am thrilled with this purchase and ITreplay did a fantastic job of packaging refurbing it and packaging it. It even came with an Apple Magsafe charger and cable that looked new as well!!
