    Pretty good, but not perfect. I have two buttons that are not working on the computer I purchased. The screen dimmer-both brighter and dimmer-don't work. It's frustrating, but I suppose I will just deal with it rather than make a return

    Delivery was fast. Problem is, the laptop was dirty. There was a sticky spot on the case like from Snickers on someone’s finger; the screen was covered with smudges, dust and detritus; the keyboard had dust and detritus. The case, screen and keyboard cleaned up ok but it doesn’t inspire confidence in the claim that used devices are cleaned, inspected, tested and refurbished. Seems like I should assume there’s detritus under the keyboard and I wonder whether anything was done to refurbish it. I can’t open it to check and the closest shop is an hour away. I’m disappointed.
