The only issue I had with it, upon opening the Simcard porch, it was really hard, I almost ran out of patience, though I managed a day later and found a sim card inside,i think the previous user left it or was unable to remove it. Then I don't know much about iphones,, but I could have given it a 5star if the sound was good. It is terrible, been playing around with settings but haven't found the solution yet. As a youtuber, I'm quite disappointed
