    This was the second phone I ordered when the first was far below the quality that I paid for. This phone was supposed to be in Good condition with only minor scratches not visible beyond 8 inches. There are prominent scratches on the screen, though. I chose to keep the phone anyway since it otherwise is functioning appropriately, but I can’t say I’d recommend BackMarket to anyone. I absolutely will not purchase from their Avant Solutions merchant and I’d hesitate to buy from ItsWorthMore again, too. The language really ought to be changed. It’s obvious these are simply pre-owned phones and not actually refurbished. Refurbished devices are those that have been cleaned up and repaired or restored to their original state.
