Galaxy S10 128GB - White - Unlocked

Device condition were within scope of fair, however in my opinion the battery life based on current capacity was at 83% , during my review on social media I even gave credit stating maybe battery inside was just another used one. But after replacing the battery it was determined the internal battery was the original battery. I feel like fair should've had more capacity for the price involved but my guess is only premium get replaced batteries. But phone does work great beyond that.

all the headaches of transferring to a new phone; lost numbers, reinstalling and setting up apps, deleting and disabling samsungs bloatware, getting gmaps to work properly, but the phone itself seems to be working fine. I got some weird hassle with my trade in phone, they went data fishing holding out my trade in $ for personal information. this part was a total ripoff. no more trade ins with back market

The product (samsung s10) was delivered before the deadline, it works perfectly, has no damages or scratches. I definitely won't buy anything new again, only refurbished when i need. Mass consumption is not good for nobody, only for the damn corporations, reuse stuff is the way.

We've shopped Backmarket for ~5 years now. Several years ago, Backmarket refurbished products were near immaculate, even when choosing the 'good' condition. Our 2023 purchase was not that; there were a couple of chips in the screen and the bezel had a gouge among other expected blemishes. Prices are higher than they were a couple years ago even though we bought another Samsung Galaxy S10. All in all, will probably shop Backmarket again, but we could've gotten the old S10 phone fixed locally for less and recieved the same quality.

Delivery was very quick. As soon as I received it and turned it on I seen it was by T-Mobile and got very discouraged, don't! I went to my service plan and they said it was unlocked! I am very glad I checked in first. Everything works great, no scratches and functioning as new. I am currently using my service plan, straight talk and it's been so awesome. Thank you Back Market, I will be a returning customer.

This phone arrive quickly, was in perfect condition, and was easy to set up! I loved the packaging, which was really secure, and I love that devices from BackMarket always come with the accessories you need - a charget cord, a block, and a tool to open your SIM card port. This is the third phone and fourth device I've bought from BackMarket, and I've loved them all! I suggest this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished device.

The phone has been running like a bran new phone. I was able to load the phone with no problems. My carrier is Tello. There was a small concern with the phone getting a little hot during downloading. Not uncomfortable but a little warmer than my other phones. The phone has not shut down or complained about excessive heat. Maybe it's not a problem. I do like the phone! I will be getting my next phone from you.
