    I bought a Mac mini from here last year for my teen and was very satisfied with that purchase. I returned for an iPhone 8, my teen's first phone, and had my husband set it up. He was very impressed with its condition and speed considering it was an iPhone 8; he purchased an iPhone 13 from Back Market the same night.     My experience with Back Market has been great but whoever the actual refurbisher/seller was for my iPad I'm not happy with. This is my third purchase from Back Market and my worst experience although it wasn't totally bad since the iPad is working and the imperfections are hidden by the case. I thought I ordered excellent condition (haven't checked my invoice yet to verify) and was disappointed in getting a very good condition iPad. Looking at it, I wouldn't call it very good condition. It's very noticeable that the screen had been removed. It has nicks all around the edges of the screen from being removed and some glue showing where they reassembled it. The case I put it in hides the imperfections. I also experienced difficulties setting it up, but it is working the way I want it now. I was very pleased with the other two purchases I made, an apple watch and a gen 8 iPad like this one; both for my wife, this one was for me. I don't have a problem with refurbished and would order from Back Market again.

    my macbook came to me in pristine condition. I would've never guessed it was refurbished if I hadn't already known, not a scratch on it i tried placing the screen In the light at different angles to see if I could see any little scratches at all and I couldn't.
