It was delivered on time, the quality and condition it came in was also excellent! It was practically brand new, the moment I got it, I searched for any flaws, and didn't find any. This was honestly my first time using backmarket, so I was worried, but the ordering and delivery process was very simple. I received the ipad air5 the 3rd day of ordering! Aside from the ipad, this refurbisher also packed in a usb-c cable and charging brick

I was a little bit hesitant about making the purchase from a ipad pro (2016) to a newer ipad air (2022) with the M1 chip. After having this device for over a week I couldn't be happier definitely worth it. Better image quality and screen is a little bigger, product available quick and order arrived as advertised ;-)

I love love love my iPad! I got the fair version, everything honestly is nearly perfect. There is a couple small dents, and one small scratch that floats across the screen but truthfully nothing too noticeable, it took me a minute before I realize it was there. Very happy with my purchase!

I love this iPad so much!! Came in today and so far has no faults. Got the ESR keyboard to go with it and boom love it. Will recommend this seller to anyone. The only issue is it didn’t come with the iPad box or a charger box like most of the reviews said. It was almost unprotected. But other than that I love it

We got the iPad air to test it out and see if we'd keep it. After a couple weeks we are very happy we got the device. It is a good replacement for a CPU when it deals with the simple task. Came.in very mint condition. Would recommend buying this item from the vendor again.

The tablet is perfect! Battery life is amazing, is sleek and clean, runs without issue, and is overall great! Worth the spend! Some people complained of scratches/dents but mine did not have any so it is NOT a common thing. The only issue I had at all was with my apple pencil, but I highly doubt it was due to the tablet and was more likely because of the pencil itself (bought from an in-person store, not backmarket). I use it daily for both note-taking and play! If you need a tablet for college, I definitely suggest buying this one from backmarket! It is the second product I've got from backmarket and I will 100% continue to buy here!
