    I ordered the ipad in "good condition" for my 7yo. It arrived quickly and looks brand new, no scratches or dents. My only complaint is the charger that was given with it didn't work at all. Tried another charger that was in the house and it charged very slowly (not sure if thats normal, its our first ipad). Otherwise he loves it and I plan on buying another from backmarket in the future.

    I’m really late to this but here she goes. I ordered my iPhone 12 mini and got it to my door well within 24 hours of ordering it, probably came in after 20 hours. Onto the phone, besides some slight scratches on the screen and not having come with a screen protector like many have mentioned from back-market reviews, the phone works well enough as if I’d bought a new one. The battery-life came in at above 82% so not bad but I plan to get a new one before it’s a problem. I definitely plan to buy more from market because I like the idea of not spending the full amount I like too, but sometimes it’s easier to save so why not. It came pretty much new and coming from the phone before it was greatly appreciated and needed. If you can deal with small hiccups and don’t have too have new then back market is for you.

    So far everything is working great with my MacBook Pro! The condition upon receiving this device was excellent. I noticed a small scratch at the bottom underneath the computer but that isn't changing the way it works. That is something that can simply be covered with a case.

    there was pieces of dust inside the screen that can be seen when the case is off, various scratch marks. I use this for work so I can’t afford another few says without it to get a repair. The charger that was given to me was fake and did not charge at all, i used it on another ipad only to see it still wouldn’t work.

    Phone works great. However it was clearly sold as an unlocked phone it is NOT!!! It is locked to Verizon only!!! Not thrilled as I ado not like Verizon. It was a gift for my daughter she is happy. I am not as I now have to pay 2 separate phone carriers. I will take my business elsewhere next time.
